After some trouble from the team and worst customer care service where no one picked up the call, I finally got the device and it's looking super good for the price. I didn't installed it yet but yeah it's looking promising.

I got scammed by EJEAS !

Hi, my name is Shubham Thapa and this is the same mail that I'm using on your website.

I placed an order of Ejeas v6 pro plus on 8 jun means yesterday and I got the order placed confirmation after i payed the amount of rupees 2,944.05. and after that i got a sms "Transaction No. 23823802716 for Rs. 2944.05 done for EJEAS INDIA has succeeded Team PayU"

but after that I have recieved no updates regarding my order and whether it's ready for the shipment pr not and when I'm checking on your website, it's showing that I have no order history at all. Why is that? I'm unable to see my own order.

I'm attaching 2 screenshots of my payment and details regarding my order.

I got to know that my order was #1060 as you can see in the screenshots and the transaction no. Is 23823802716 for Rs. 2944.05 done for EJEAS INDIA has succeeded Team PayU.

And now in the afternoon I received a mail that my transaction was unsuccessful even after the amount was deducted from my account.

Why is that? No one is replying on the website not on WhatsApp or phone call I'm tired of calling your customers care no. No one is picking up the call and now if I don't receive my refund of rupees 2944.05 in two days then I will file a case against your company. It's enough now, I'm not a joker that you can fool around with its such a disastrous experience with you. Such a shame on you guys. Return my hard earned money within 2 days or I will see you in consumer court.
