1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

All products sold by Ejeas India are returnable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. How to Initiate a Return?

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

We will arrange a free pickup for the return. No need to ship it back yourself.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

No restocking or return shipping fees will be deducted.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately.

We will replace the item at no extra cost and cover return shipping (if applicable).

5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

Once dispatched, the return policy applies.

6. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will be rejected if the product is used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging/tags.
