Shipping policy

1. Delivery

2. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before shipment from our side.
• If the product has already been shipped, you can refuse the delivery to cancel the order.

3. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product.
• If the delivered product differs from what was ordered.
• If you are not satisfied with the product and wish to return it.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are available under these conditions:
